Club Service Committee

Club Services looks after several club events each year, those being a summer BBQ, District Governor's dinner with the board in September, the Christmas party, Firesides for new and existing members - recommended 4 times per year, International Dinner in Feb or March and Charter Night in June.  In addition, members of the Club Service Committee look after our winter Dinner Club.

We also monitor the running of the weekly meeting, assisting the President by making sure that there are members who monitor the front desk, tracking attendance and recording it, selling 50/50 tickets, greeting all members and guests, balancing the money from attendance for the Treasurer, supplying a Sergeant At Arms to ensure timeliness and order, announcing birthdays; anniversaries and club anniversaries, arranging speakers, monitoring the breakfast.

Club Service controls the budget for specific club costs that are paid for from the yearly membership fee of $250, like Rotary International fees, District fees, insurance costs, stationery costs, etc.
