Overcoming Mental Illness One Summit at a Time

Jean Francois, who works for Parks Canada,  will be presenting to us on his project "Overcoming Mental Illness One Summit at a Time".  He  hopes to encourage people to reconnect with nature, the outdoors and live a life filled with adventure.
