COVID - ADMITTANCE PROTOCOLS
As per Government of Alberta: 
Vaccination: To enter spaces participating in the Restrictions Exemption Program, people ages 12 and older can provide proof of vaccination or documentation of a medical exemption.
* Sept. 20 to Oct. 25: proof of a single dose is considered acceptable as long as the dose was given more than 2 weeks before the time of service.
* After Oct. 25: proof of double vaccination is required.
 
Proof of Negative Test: To enter spaces participating in the Restrictions Exemption Program, people aged 12 and older can show proof of a negative test result.
* Tests must be privately-paid COVID-19 PCR or rapid tests completed within 72 hours.
Tests must not be from Alberta Health Services or Alberta Precision Laboratories

The Spirits of Christmas Tasting Experience

The Signature Tasting Event. Taste a selection of fine wines, scotch, spirits, and craft beers with curated hors d’oeuvres by Executive Chef Graham Smith.

Kids Holiday Extravaganza

A festive day for the kids of all ages with crafts, goodies, games, stories and more. 
 
Seniors Christmas Tea
Wednesday December 15

$20 per person 

A holiday reception for our seniors in the community with tea and desserts. Live entertainment & prizes will make it a festive event.

Breakfast with Santa

$20 Adults | $15 kids
Free under 2 yrs

*Please note that photos with Santa will not be offered in 2021 (for health reasons)

The Classic Event: A buffet breakfast with a live band, dancing and a visit from Santa!


*TICKET REFUNDS/EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY 
  • Any ticket refunds will include the ticket price less the Eventbrite fees (consisting of payment processing and service fee).
  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, refunds will be for the entire purchase price including the ticket price and Eventbrite fees.
About the Festival of Trees
 
 
The Rotary Club of Canmore and The Malcolm Hotel
Present:
 The 12th Annual Rotary Festival of Trees
 
Running from December 3 -31, the Rotary Festival of Trees is a community-based holiday celebration with decorated trees, wreaths, gingerbread houses, and special events and activities for the entire family. It is free to view and walk through the forest of trees and magical Candy Cane lane. 
 
Be inspired to attend or participate in the following special events.
Some special events require tickets - see the middle column of this page for a 'short list' of event descriptions and tickets.
 
 
Funds raised from the Rotary Festival of Trees will be contributed to The Rotary Club of Canmore’s numerous programs and services which benefit so many within our community and internationally. Your support in showing up at the event(s) and/or partnering as a sponsor in this fun community event is greatly appreciated.
